Joshua Heller has been at Kaufman Campaign Consultants since August of 2005. Since joining he has overseen opposition research and coalition building for state and local campaigns.
Heller has provided opposition research, aided or managed coalition building for statewide ballot initiatives including the Alliance for a Better California, Stop Proposition 89, Yes on Proposition 93, No on Propositions 6 & 9, No on Proposition 22, Yes on Proposition 24 and Yes on Proposition 25. Heller coordinated opposition research for successful independent expenditure campaigns in targeted legislative races. He also helped coordinate the endorsement and fundraising efforts for multiple statewide constitutional and legislative races. In 2010 he oversaw the day-to-day management in the successful re-election of a City Councilmember in a competitive race.
Prior to joining KCC, Heller worked at State Net, 21st Century Democrats and worked on congressional campaigns in both Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Heller graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In his spare time when not reading or going to the gym, he volunteers for the community as a member of Active 20 30 Club No.1, Sacramento.
